Account Manager

As part of the high season, Hertz is strengthening its team and is looking for an account manager to join its agency. You will be the privileged interlocutor of our customers to accompany them in the rental of vehicles and ensure their satisfaction.

Main missions:
- Welcome and advise customers in the branch.
- Ensure the administrative management of rental contracts.
- Process bookings and respond to requests for information.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by offering quality service.
- Manage any complaints and propose appropriate solutions.
- Promote the company's commercial offers and complementary services.

Profile sought:
- Experience or training in the administrative and commercial fields.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer literacy
- Autonomy and rigor in the follow-up of files.
