We are looking for a dynamic and organized administrative assistant to join our team. You will be a key element in the smooth running of the company by managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
Your main missions will be:
- Telephone reception and management of incoming calls
- Mail management (receiving, sorting, sending)
- Organization and management of agendas
- Preparation of documents and presentations
- Entering and updating data in internal systems
- Follow-up and management of administrative files
- Coordination of appointments and meetings
- Administrative support to the team (filing, archiving, management of office supplies)
- Collaboration with the various departments to ensure smooth communication within the company
Profile sought:
- Business degree or equivalent experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Organization, rigor, autonomy and discretion
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Team spirit and sense of initiative
