Announcement: Recruitment of a Maintenance Agent for Luxury Villa

We are looking for a versatile Maintenance Agent to join the teams of a luxury villa and ensure the daily maintenance of the facilities.

Fixed-term contract or independent service provider under contract. (Year-round position)

Profile sought:
• Versatile: Able to take on various technical and manual tasks with mainly cleaning.
• Attention to detail: Committed to quality and perfection in every intervention.
• Organized and disciplined: Able to scrupulously follow established guidelines and processes.
• Discreet and respectful: Ensures complete confidentiality and impeccable behavior.
• Teamwork: Good ability to integrate into a small team.
• Punctual: Respect for schedules and commitments.
• Technically proficient: Notions of plumbing, electricity, energy, painting, and pool maintenance are essential. An understanding of technical networks and systems is a major asset.

Main missions:
• Maintenance and mainly upkeep plus preventive actions.
• Checking and maintaining equipment (water networks, electricity, air conditioning, swimming pool, etc.).
• Support to the teams for various cleaning and small adjustments.
• Monitoring and application of internal procedures.

We are looking for a manual person, with a concern for doing well, who will be able to contribute to the proper functioning and maintenance of an exceptional property.
