A fast-growing company, we are a distributor and wholesaler of professional products mainly for the hotel and restaurant industry.
We exclusively represent French and European companies in Saint Barthelemy, always looking for a challenge, customer and employee satisfaction!
We are now looking for a sales and administrative assistant who will help with the development of the company.
Your main tasks are to manage:
- Stocks (input, output, storage, organization, inventories)
- Researching new products for our customers.
- Delivery notes and customer requests (daily)
- In-store customer reception
- Customer and supplier administration (invoicing, payment, reminders)
Profile sought:
- Rigorous and organized
- Interpersonal skills
- Good command of management information and ease with numbers
Experience in the hotel and restaurant industry in the Commissary/Purchasing department would be a plus.
English is desirable but not necessary, driver's license is mandatory.
You are already on the island and available quickly.
Part-time or full-time to be defined.
The position is on a permanent contract, not housed... but includes other benefits.
