Diversified group of companies is looking for its Technical and Maintenance Manager
The objective is to ensure that all of the companies in the group:
- the proper functioning of all production tools, vehicles, etc.
- Renovation and maintenance of buildings (7 sites)
And more specifically:
- Ensure the maintenance of laundry machines
- Carry out routine renovation and development work, painting/plaster finishing work, flooring, maintenance as well as small electricity, small plumbing, small masonry, small green space work, etc.
- Assist managers in the management of service providers and site monitoring
Similar experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
Autonomous, rigorous, organized, you are permanently housed and settled on the island, we are looking for a long-term collaborator.
B licence required.
