we are looking for one of our clients, located on the basin in St Barthélemy, for a permanent position
TECHNICIEN RAVITAILLEUR H/F
Your function will be to carry out tasks relating to the provisioning business in accordance with the ministerial decree of 12 December 2000, defining the operation of reception, storage and on-board facilities in order to provide customers with the defined services, in compliance with the instructions, procedures, memoranda or any other means of communication made available to them by the depot manager.
In addition, the refuelling technician is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment and installations at the depot and the refuelling vehicle for the proper functioning of the operation alone or in collaboration with external companies
Your Tasks will be - non-exhaustive list.
1.Hsse
• Apply the instructions and procedures communicated by the Depot Manager
• Wear personal protective equipment provided by the depot manager
• Be proactive, detect dangerous acts, dangerous conditions, potential incidents, near misses, etc.
• Participate in the analysis of all incidents and accidents
• Participate in the preparation of incident and accident reports
• Participate in the annual POI exercise with the support of the depot manager
• Master security procedures and documents and in particular the internal emergency plan
• Master the equipment necessary for firefighting (fire extinguishers, DCI, etc.)
• Ensure the safety of work or interventions carried out by external companies inside the depot
• Ensure that facility safety rules are applied.
2. Quality of service
• Prepare products for sale to airlines
• Deliver products to airlines
• Clean and maintain facilities and equipment
• Ensure that products received, stored and delivered are compliant
• Carry out the necessary quality controls in accordance with the instructions and procedures transmitted
3. Human Resources
• Apply the rules of procedure and in particular the respect of working hours
• Collaborate with all the departments of the depot
• Adapt to teamwork
• Adapt to changes in the organization of work
4. Operations
• Apply the operating and maintenance instructions and procedures transmitted by the company and the manager
• Intervene on the tasks of the depot and on the track
• Manage product receipts
5. Finance
• Ensure cash sales receipts.
6. Maintenance
It can be modified if necessary to allow the missions of the Saint-Barthélemy depot to be carried out.
• Maintain, adjust, repair and change defective components on equipment
• Identify, analyze, detect and diagnose technical failures, in collaboration with the customer and/or external service provider.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of preventive and corrective technical interventions of equipment and vehicles with the depot manager.
• Monitors and monitors equipment subject to periodic verification as part of quality control, traffic regulations and regulations on the transport of dangerous goods
• Propose and participate in the updating of quality control documents (detailed procedures, registration sheets)
• Propose technical changes/improvements to the depot manager
• Manage spare parts stocks, consumables, flow management (oils, grease, diesel, spare parts, filter elements)
• Analyze the activity of the park and make all suggestions to rationalize the use
• Plan with the depot manager the operational priorities
• May be called upon to monitor and participate in work entrusted to external contractors and vendors
• Track tooling and technical documentation
• Train users
Profile sought:
Beginner accepted but mandatory prerequisites:
- Heavy goods vehicle licence and B licence
- Fluency in English is essential for this position.
- Hold a valid passport
- Training of a minimum of one month will take place in an English-speaking island.
- Candidates must live in Saint Barth due, in particular, to medical evacuations that can take place at any time.
Salary and accessories:
Gross monthly salary 4500 euros negotiable according to experience & expertise

Working time: 35-hour basis, either per shift or modulation according to the weeks of low or high activity.
