Versatile Operations Agent

The new DHL agent in Saint Barthélemy (Antelope), is looking for a versatile Operations Agent as part of the constitution of its team.

Your missions:
• Welcome and inform customers in agency, email and phone
• Plan and organize pick-ups/deliveries
• Contact customers to arrange deliveries and collect payments
• Participate in parcel sorting and deliveries
• Process imports: Customs clearance, physical exit of packages, pointing and delivery,
• Participate in a general way in all operations aimed at guaranteeing the best reception and service to customers.

Rigorous, organized, you are by nature concerned about customer satisfaction, you are ready to take up the challenge of creating the new agent in Saint Barthélemy of the world leader in express transport.
Missions can be scalable or expanded depending on the profile.

We are looking for a long-term collaborator, already on the island and housed.
40h permanent contract on Monday or Friday.

Availability for July 3rd. B permit required.
