Rent paid directly by us, no need to call on anyone else. Possibility to pay annually in advance. We can guarantee the funds with bank details and an escrow account if necessary.

We are looking for accommodation quickly because our current house is for sale. Ideal friends for long-term housing.

No smoking, very clean, no pets, no children and very quiet. We will take good care of your property and we have local references to back us up.
