Description

At our waste treatment centre in Saint Martin in the Caribbean (French part, in the north of the island), you will be responsible for managing the site's operational activity.

Your main missions:

To be responsible for the protection of the environment and compliance with the regulatory constraints applied to a waste recovery ICPE.
Manage the operation and the works as well as the material and human resources made available by guaranteeing the safety of employees and external stakeholders by ensuring compliance and compliance with operating procedures
Coordinate the activities of the teams to ensure the completion of tasks and organize and control the work schedule of the teams to ensure maximum productivity.
Ensure the profitability of the profit center.
Collect and analyze all validated and verifiable data concerning the processing processes and ensure the reporting and analysis of it with a view to proposing corrective actions to be carried out
Be the necessary support to the field teams in order to guarantee the completion of the tasks and objectives imposed
Respond to customer requests and ensure their satisfaction
Track budgets
Control purchases
Optimize costs
