You will coordinate teams in the field, organize resources and supervise the progress of construction sites. You will also be responsible for the management of subcontractors and good communication between the various stakeholders, while ensuring the administrative and financial follow-up of the projects. We are looking for a Structural Work Site Manager (M/F) with 3 to 5 years' experience in the field of public works and roads. The ideal candidate has a BEP or equivalent. You will be responsible for coordinating the teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and the quality of the work carried out. A good knowledge of construction techniques and organizational skills are essential. You must demonstrate leadership, rigor and excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth progress of projects in the field.
