The Villa ideally accommodates 6 guests with its 3 bedrooms and their private bathroom, its spacious living room, its huge terrace overlooking the port, its modern kitchen.

Nestled on the heights of Anse Marcel, the magnificent and elegant Villa Secret Harbor ideally accommodates 6 guests thanks to its 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a large double bed and with en-suite bathroom.

The Villa is divided into 2 parts, separated by a sublime saltwater infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the bay of Anse Marcel.

The first part hosts a huge living room with a large open kitchen, a laundry room, a beautiful bedroom with bathroom with access to the terrace and sea view, upstairs a Master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. The view from the bed is spectacular!

The second part is an outbuilding with a bedroom with access to a small private terrace, sea view, a dressing room and a bathroom.
A large terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals outside while contemplating the port, the sea as far as the eye can see and the hills.
The Secret Harbor villa is surrounded by a large fenced tropical garden with gate and has ample private parking that can accommodate several vehicles. It has Wi-Fi and each room is air-conditioned.

2 extra beds can be added if 8 guests.
In order to compensate for the water cuts inherent to island life, the Villa is equipped with a cistern.
The price of the stay includes: end-of-stay cleaning, one cleaning per week (2 to 3 hours for the bathrooms, floors and kitchen), a change of bed linen and towel every fortnight.

If guests want more cleaning services, CAP SXM will offer them extras.
Under the Villa there is an outbuilding reserved for the owners who never occupy it when guests are present in the Villa.

All the facilities of the villa are reserved exclusively for its visitors.
You will therefore have private access to the entire villa and its bungalow.
