Aluminum Profile Carpenter for Doors and Windows
Objective:
The Aluminum Profile Carpenter is responsible for the fabrication and assembly of aluminum doors and windows. This role involves precise work with aluminum profiles to ensure that all products meet the specific requirements and quality standards set by the company.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Fabrication of Aluminum Doors and Windows:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the dimensions, materials, and assembly processes required.
- Cut and shape aluminum profiles using saws, routers, and other tools to the exact measurements needed for doors and windows.
- Assemble aluminum profiles into frames, ensuring accurate fitting and alignment.
- Install glass panes into frames, ensuring a secure and precise fit.
2. Preparation and Maintenance of Tools and Equipment:
- Regularly inspect and maintain tools and machinery used for cutting and assembling aluminum profiles.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
- Set up machinery and select appropriate cutting tools and jigs to optimize efficiency and precision.

3. **Quality Control:**
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed doors and windows to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies in the finished product.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including measurements, materials used, and any modifications made during fabrication.

4. **Installation and Finishing:**
- Prepare door and window openings for installation, ensuring they are correctly sized and leveled.
- Install fabricated aluminum doors and windows on-site, ensuring a secure and proper fit.
- Apply finishing touches, such as weather stripping, handles, and locks, to complete the installation.

5. **Health and Safety Compliance:**
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

6. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Work closely with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes required.

- Assist in training new employees on proper techniques and safety procedures for working with aluminum profiles.

7. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of aluminum profiles and other materials used in fabrication.
- Place orders for materials as needed to ensure a continuous supply for ongoing projects.
- Maintain records of materials used and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

8. **General Duties in the Glass Workshop and Company Operations:**
- Complete any additional tasks as required within the glass workshop.
- Perform any other duties necessary for the smooth operation of the business.
- Be willing to assist with various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an aluminum profile carpenter or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in cutting and assembling aluminum profiles.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools relevant to aluminum fabrication.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
