Purchasing, Marketing and Sales Assistant

As a distributor-wholesaler mainly for the hotel and restaurant industry of wines and beverages, we represent beautiful brands such as Léoube, Corona, Presidente, Gérard Bertrand, Longueteau...

With an ambitious development project, we are looking for a Purchasing, Marketing and Sales Administrator.

Your main missions are to manage:
- Stocks (inflows, outbounds, orders, organization) and suppliers
- Sales administration (BL, invoicing, etc.) and customers
- Creation, implementation and monitoring of management and marketing/communication tools
- Customer reception

Profile sought:
- Rigorous and organized
- Interpersonal skills
- Good command of management information technology and ease with numbers

Knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus.

English is desirable but not necessary, a driver's license is mandatory.

You are already on the island and available quickly, permanent contract (part-time possible), in the mornings from Monday to Saturday.

The position is scalable according to the profile.
