LHH Recruitment Solutions, a consulting firm specialising in recruitment and temporary work, interim management, and assessment of experts, executives and managers is looking for a Multi-Purpose Administrative and Commercial Advisor M/F - CDI Guadeloupe. Reporting to the Agency Manager, you are the privileged contact for members and prospects. You welcome, listen, advise and carry out management and sales operations and monitor the commercial and administrative activity of the agency. You manage complaints and ensure quality and customer satisfaction. MissionsRECEPTION: Reception in the agency and by phone. Answers calls from members, prospects, analyzes and proactively processes their requests. SALES AND ADMINISTRATIVE FOLLOW-UP: Listening, proposing and advising in order to conclude contracts with individuals and more punctually companies and TNS. Carry out sales deeds and ensure the conformity of the contract. Participates in operations to increase physical and telephone traffic in the branch and promote the image of the branch. Forwards new business to the management centre in accordance with internal procedures. Follows up on new business payments and follows up on unpaid invoices. Processes emails and mail received at the branch. MANAGEMENT :P the life of the contract:o  Monitors the life of the contract: modifications, amendments. Ensures that the client's needs and personal data are kept up to date. Unpaid bills :o  Collects funds from the settlement of new business and regularization of unpaid debts as well as remittances to the bank.o Transmits the regularization of unpaid debts.o Manages and processes litigation reminders within the set deadlines. In order to avoid suspension of guarantees or termination of members' contracts. Complaints:o  Effectively supports and manages first-level complaints to meet customer satisfaction goals. Works in collaboration with the customer relations department. Merchandising and layout :o  Ensures that the display is properly displayed and updatedo Monitors stocks in terms of display and office automation.o Ensures that the branch is kept clean. 
Knowledge :P knowledge of insurance products and services. Knowledge of regulatory obligations in the field of insurance. Participation and successful completion of the mandatory 15-hour module under the IDD. Skills: Be methodical, autonomous and responsible. Sales: mastery of sales techniques, tools and procedures. Excellent oral and written communication. Quality of listening and the ability to adapt one's proposals to the needs of prospects. The art of convincing and negotiating. Be customer satisfaction oriented while keeping a sense of the company's results.
