We are looking for an Administrative Assistant specialized in the construction sector for a fixed-term contract. In this position, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth running of the business. You will be responsible for managing documentation, monitoring projects and coordinating meetings. Your role will also involve updating databases, preparing reports and communicating with the various internal and external stakeholders. You will be a key player in supporting production activities in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. This position represents an ideal opportunity for an administrative assistant wishing to evolve in the construction sector.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant specialized in the construction sector, with a Bac+3 and 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate is proficient in office tools and has excellent communication skills. Rigorous, organized and able to work in a team, he/she will be able to effectively manage the administrative tasks related to production. Specific knowledge of the industrial sector is mandatory.
