About the position
We are looking for a passionate and creative Head Bartender to join our team. A true expert in mixology, you will be responsible for the management of the bar, the preparation of cocktails and the supervision of the team of bartenders. Your mission will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience, in a dynamic and festive atmosphere.

Housed position
Remuneration : 2 500 € + Tips

Responsibilities
Design and prepare a menu of innovative and signature cocktails in line with the image of the Rainbow Café
Manage the bar's inventory, orders and supplies
Supervise and train the team of bartenders to guarantee a fast and quality service
Ensure the application of hygiene and food safety standards
Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere for customers
Work in coordination with the dining room and the kitchen for optimal fluidity of service
Manage the cash register and the collections related to the bar

Desired profile
You are right for this position if you have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a bartender, with experience in team management
A perfect mastery of mixology and bar techniques
An ability to work under pressure, while providing impeccable service
A sense of leadership and an ability to train and motivate a team
An excellent presentation and a very good customer relationship
Rigorous inventory and cost management
