About the position
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic second chef to join our culinary team. You will be an essential pillar in the preparation of dishes and the smooth running of the kitchen. Your role will be to assist the chef in the daily management of the kitchen while ensuring the quality and presentation of the dishes.

Responsibilities
- Participate in food preparation and recipe development under the supervision of the chef.
- Ensure the management of an efficient and orderly kitchen, respecting hygiene and food safety standards.
- Supervise the kitchen team, ensuring that each member is well-trained and motivated.
- Collaborate in the organization of the restaurant service, guaranteeing fluidity in operations.
- Contribute to the inventory and management of food stocks.
- Assist in menu innovation by proposing new culinary ideas.
- Manage the team's work schedules and ensure good communication between members.
Desired profile
You are right for this position if you have:
- 10 years of experience in the kitchen, with expertise in culinary preparation.
- Proven skills in restaurant management and team supervision.
- A strong sense of leadership, capable of inspiring and motivating your colleagues.
- In-depth knowledge of food handling techniques and sanitary standards.
- A strong team player, with an ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Knowledge of fusion style cooking is a plus.
