The unit is fully air conditioned (central air conditioning) yet has fans throughout and due to the corner location on the prevailing winds side of the building, allow for one to not use the air conditioning if this is preferred. Other amenities include in room hotel safe, powder room for guests, seating for 18 throughout the unit for entertaining (beach side terrace: 6, dining room table: 6, lagoon side terrace: 4, bar counter: 2) The fully equipped kitchen is just large enough to prepare an elegant meal should you wish to dine at home.
